Preparing your contribution


The lecture hall will be equipped with a projector with standard VGA input (HDMI is also available) and a Windows computer. Standard resolution of the projector is 1920x1200 with an aspect ratio of 16:10 (4:3 and 16:9 is also available). Besides Adobe Reader for PDF, Microsoft Powerpoint software is also available on the computer. However, it is recommended to bring the presentation converted to PDF to avoid font and formatting problems. Please make sure to upload your presentation to the computer {\bf 30 minutes before the start of the session}.

If you prefer to bring your own laptop, please make sure to test your equipment at least 30 minutes before the beginning of the session. Additionally, it is recommended to bring your presentation in PDF on a memory stick as a backup.

Please remember to stick to the schedule and allow for five minutes of discussion.


Posters can be put up from Monday morning and be displayed throughout the entire conference.

Please put up your poster on the poster board carrying the number of your poster. You can find your poster number in the poster section of the booklet and here.

The poster boards are designed for A0 portrait posters (max. height: 180 cm, max. width: 95 cm).
